Please Beware!!! This was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a locally owned business. They “fixed” my vehicle and gave it back to me 2 times with no a/c. The first time it cost me $186, the 2nd time $300 and now for the 3rd time they still want to charge me $760 after the “Owner Discount”. It got so bad that I actually had to get the owners number and obviously that still didn’t help. They quoted me a 8 hr job and kept my truck for 7 days. On top of all the promises to have it done, my family went on vacation last week in a smaller vehicle because promises were never met. STAY AWAY FROM LEGACY LUBE AND MAINTENANCE for your sake.

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we’ve had with any repair shop. We’ve brought our truck to Legacy Lube and Maintenance four separate times over the course of more than a month for the same ongoing issue, and every single time we’ve gotten a different answer. One visit it’s one part, the next time it’s something else—but the problem never actually gets resolved. The final straw was dropping the truck off Wednesday morning right when they opened, being told it would take no more than two days, and expecting to have it back today—just in time for our family vacation tomorrow. We were very clear that we needed this vehicle because it’s the only one big enough for our family. But now, at the last minute, we’re being told it’s not done. No urgency. No accountability. Just another excuse. We’ve been more than patient throughout this month-long process, but this is completely unacceptable. This shop has cost us time, money, and now it’s affecting our family plans. We will absolutely not be returning, and I would not recommend Legacy Lube and Maintenance to anyone expecting reliable, honest, or timely service.

Been there to replace my oil twice, they told me I had a cracked pan and got it replaced with them, 6 months later and there's another oil leak. They're a cheap oil change because they mess up underneath so you have to come back.

We always love to support local businesses, as we live in Albertville and my husband works for Albertville; however, after my recent experience I would not recommend Legacy. We took my daughters car for a routine oil change without any mechanical issues or leaks. Days later, large puddles of oil were collecting every where she parked. We took the vehicle back to Legacy to report the issue where we were informed there was a cracked oil pan. An issue that was not present before the oil change, and by the mechanics own admission was possibly caused during the oil change. We were charged $200 to repair the issue. This is something we were not pleased about; however, it needed to be fixed immediately. Our daughters skid plate was in perfect condition when we took the car; however, when we left the skid plate was zip tied in one place and within a day started dragging the ground . To me, it looks like careless re installation at best. And to be honest, not taking accountability and charging customers for mistakes made during repair. Had they not charged for repairing the damage to the oil pan they caused, they would have had loyal customers with multiple cars for life. Now, and though it
